SHIPPING

Where do you ship?

As per the strict laws around the globe for shipping alcohol based perfumes. For right now I am only shipping within Australia via courier. But soon I hope to expand my range of products/perfumes to be able to cater to an international market. 

 

What shipping methods do you offer?

Right now we have standard shipping (FREE in AUS ONLY) and express shipping.

 

What do I do about shipping/Import taxes and duties?

Only Australian sales' taxes and shipping are calculated and any and all fees related to importing the product are customer responsibilities.

 

RETURNS

Can I return/replace my item if I decide I don't like it?

Consumers are not entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the consumer guarantees if:

  • they got what they asked for but simply changed their mind, found the product cheaper somewhere else, or decided they didn't like the purchase or had no use for it.
  • the problem with the product was caused by the consumer misusing it
  • they knew of or were made aware of the problem with the product before they bought it (but they may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for a different problem with the product that wasn’t made clear to them before they bought it)
  • asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business
  • the problem with a service was caused by the actions of someone other than the business.

My item arrived broken, what do I do?

We are happy to replace perfumes broken during transit (which we try to prevent from happening as much as we can). Please just DM us on instagram @starbyannalee with a photo of the package and the item (the more the better) and we will contact you promptly with organising a replacement.*
